Are your calla lilies available year-round?

Yes, our calla lilies are available all months of the year!


How long do calla lilies stay fresh?

Mini calla lilies are famous for their long vase life. Much of the lasting quality of flowers depends on how they are stored. If mini calla lilies are kept in cold storage and with the right care, mini calla lilies can last as long as 2-4 weeks! Typically, they last, on average, about 7-10 days.

Large calla lilies have an average vase life of 4-10 days.

When should I get my flowers delivered for my wedding?

We recommend having your calla lilies delivered 2-3 days prior to your wedding date. For a Saturday wedding, please select delivery on the Wednesday before. For a Sunday wedding, select delivery on the Thursday before. These few days of lead time will give your calla lilies the chance to rehydrate and perk up after their long journey and will ensure that they look their best on your wedding day.

For most of our other flowers we also recommend having them delivered 2-3 days prior to your event. Please check the "Shipping Info" tab on each flower page.


What is your guarantee?

With CallaLilies.com you should expect only the highest quality flowers and we will always do our best to ensure that you receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Please remember though that fresh flowers are highly perishable, delicate, and time-sensitive products which require a very different set of conditions than other goods. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will get in the way of that goal. In those cases, we will do our best to ensure that we resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.

If you have any issues regarding the quality of your flowers, please contact us immediately via telephone at (800) 272 3125 within 24 hours after your flowers are delivered. (Unfortunately we can't accept claims made after 24 hours of receipt of the product). In order to process re-shipments or refunds, we will request digital pictures of and the return of the flowers.

I am looking for bubble-gum pink flowers to match my wedding colors. Can you guarantee a specific shade of calla lilies?

We sell our calla lilies and other flowers in color categories or by specific varieties. This means that you can choose from 'yellow', 'white' and 'purple' and sometimes more specifically 'light pink' or 'hot pink'. However, since flowers are a product of nature and since color output varies due to monitor resolutions, the exact color tones of our flowers may vary to some degree.
