Medium sized white calla lilies are a new variety of white callas. They have larger blooms and are slightly taller than mini callas. They are shorter than classic large callas with more open blooms and thinner stems. They are a crisp offwhite color with a fresh, light fragrance.
Stems are 14-20 inches tall, measured from the bottom of the stem to the tip of the bloom. Flower diameter is 3 to 6 inches.

How to care for your medium sized calla lilies:
When you receive your order of calla lilies, immediately open the box and check on your flowers. They will be securely packaged inside the box, without water tubes. It is normal and expected that bloom heads will be partially to fully closed and that the flowers will look tired and limp after their journey to you.
1. Remove all packaging from the flowers
2. Fill clean vases or containers with plenty of water from the faucet. Choose containers that are at least as tall as the length of the flowers from the end of the stem to the base of the flower head, in which the flower stems will be fairly well supported. This will help keep the stems straight as they take in their initial drink of water. Afterwards, you may transfer to your desired vases.
3. Hold the ends of the stems under running water and cut a 1/2 inch off the end using a sharp knife. Make the cut on a diagonal so that the intake area has a larger diameter with which to receive water.
4. Place flowers in their prepared vases and keep in a cool location away from direct sunlight, airconditioning or heat sources (such as above a radiator, near the oven, etc..). Note that warmer temperatures and increased light will speed up flower opening times. Large calla lilies take on average approximately 1-3 days to open.
5. Refresh water in the vases and re-trim the ends of the stems every 1-2 days to maximize the life and freshness of your calla lilies.
